Copy, print, scan

On the school's multi-function printers you can print, scan and make photocopies. The printers work with your student card or with your Audencia ID and password. In the library you can print in black & white. In the Open Access Computer Lab you can print in black & white and in colour.

Your card and credits

When you're a new student at Audencia, the print account on your student card is already pre-credited. To recharge this account online with your credit card, connect to the platform Print Audencia.

Start your session on a school computer, open up your document and select print (imprimer). If you're using your laptop, connect to the platform Print Audencia, go to "My Documents" and upload the document. Choose the printer Nantes noir et blanc (Black&White) or Nantes couleur (colour).

Now go to the corresponding printer (in the library or in the open access computer lab) and present your student card or enter your Audencia ID and password. The document(s) will appear on the touch screen: select and print out.

Make photocopies and scan

Present your student card and follow the instructions that are next to the multi-funcion printer. If you have sent documents to print, you need to select "photocopier/scanner" on the printer's touch screen to activate these funcions.

  •  A scanned document will automatically be sent as an attachment to your Audencia email address, after you've validated by pressing the button "#".
  • To make a photocopy of a small format document (passport or ID-card), place a blank sheet behind it.
